I always re-inspect items before I process or charge your order - ALWAYS!
I always pack well and seal in a sales/packing sheet with full shipping details just in case of label or other shipping failure.
If your item arrives with any visible damage to the packaging show the delivery person, if possible, and file a claim with the shipper immediately. I will assist as best I can BUT -
ANY & ALL DAMAGE caused during shipping is the carriers responsibility.
More costly or rare items are ALWAYS shipped insured.
I usually ship within 48 business hours but after it get to the shipper how long before your item arrives depends on the shipper.
Items that contain delicate mechanical, electrical, or are fragile/breakable require and may include a charge for additional packing materials / handling and/or shipping insurance.
These costs will vary based on the item and the shippers terms.
I and/or Cruiser's Classics is not liable for any damage that might be incurred during shipping.
All shipping claims must be reported to the shipper.
Cruiser's will notify you, in advance, and bill you seperately for packaging/crating if any special shipping container is required.

1) in new and/or unused / un-installed condition
2) complete with all components and in the original box / package

We will inspect all returns BEFORE issuing any credit or adjustment.

We also know that sometimes what looks like it will work when viewing a NEW PART online or in a catalogue - just doesn't make it on your bike.

If the item doesn't work for you after you get it and you have not: Used, Modified or Damaged the item in any way JUST email ESTORE@CRUISERSCLASSICS.COM for a Return Authorization Number within 5 days of delivery then:
Re-box it and pay for the return shipping to send it back to us.
After we get this back we WILL inspect it and as long as all's OK we WILL ISSUE a credit to your payment provider for the amount you paid plus any sales tax we collected.
PLEASE NOTE - The shipping charge to you AND your shipping cost back to us are NOT refundable.
